Can I take in my food and drink to the Mzansi Festival?

 

 

No, you are allowed to drink and eat in the park outside the perimeter of the festival and in the queuing lanes. However, once you reach the search lanes, you cannot take in any food or drink. There are a large variety of food and beverages facilities within the festival

I have an inquiry regarding my tickets, whom do I speak?

 

You need to contact the ticket agency that you purchased your ticket from; please see the ticketing section of the website for a list of ticket agencies and their sites. 

 

 

I have lost my ticket, what can I do?

 

Unfortunately, tickets and wristbands cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

Can I come to Mzansi Festival if I am under 16?

 

Yes, Mzansi Festival is a Family Friendly Festival. All attendees who are under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. (Maximum of 4 under 16’s per adult) 

 

 

Can I smoke at Mzansi Festival?

 

The same regulations apply at Mzansi Festival as the rest of the country; you can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents, look out for the ‘no smoking signs. 

 

 

When can I arrive/leave by?

 

Gates will be open from 1:00 pm on Saturday 15th, and  the event finishes at 23:00 

 

 

If I leave The park can I get back in?

 

No, there is no re-entry into the festival whatsoever. However, we have everything you need inside the site. Please see the Site Facilities section above for more information. 

 

 

I would like my band/act to play at The Park, who should I contact?

 

We have already Identified the acts for this year's line-up. Unfortunately, there is no opportunity for further acts. Please see the line-up page for further details. 

 

 

What time is last entry to the Festival?

 

The last entry to Park is 7 pm.

 

Are dogs allowed into the event?

 

No pets are allowed within the event site. Assistance Dogs, however, will be permitted. 

 

 

Is there anywhere I can arrange to meet up with my friend?

 

We suggest choosing an easily identifiable point on arrival at the event as a meeting point for friends. The park is not massive.
